Done it! No niggles, or pains whilst running today, which was nice for a change!
Week 4 seems a little daunting, but I know I'm ready to give it a crack. I'm more concerned that if I stay on track, in two weeks time I'll be running for 20 minutes! I'll keep trusting the podcast, and know that whatever happens, I'm still running more than I was 4 weeks ago!
