Finally feel like a runner, as I had a growling π dog chasing after me! Made it through, although it threw my rhythm somewhat.
And playlists... still looking for that elusive perfect rhythm-pace-beat match. After trial and error, my running seems to match ca 135bpm. Do you use particular paced song lists, and which bpm?

Well done on your run...not so good about the snarling dog though!.π As for bpm music, I'm sure others will be able to help - I know there are lots of playlists out there. I prefer to make up my own playlists and then pick one based on my mood! I am happy keeping pace to different beats though. Good luck.π
Well done! I'm lucky that so far (touch wood) I've only encountered friendly π
I have a running playlist that I keep adding to but no idea about bpm! It'd be interesting to know tho, how do you find out? Good luck next week, we should be graduating together-ish π
Nice! We got this! Iβm really looking forward to graduating and daunted by what comes next (and not falling off the wagon).
BPM: I have GarageBand πΆ on iPhone where you can tap out a pace for metronome settings, but there are loads of BPM apps for smart phones. And some of us still have old fashioned metronomes. So when I find the perfect song for my pace, I then - after the run - figure out what bpm it is.
But my runs seem to have shifted , and songs that matched perfectly my pace in W1 are now not quite perfect anymore. So the search is ongoing.
On to W9! Canβt wait! π we got this! ππ½
