Just relaxing after completing the first run in week 2. What a difference another 30 seconds of jogging feels! Seems like I’m jogging forever! Hope this gets easier! 😩

Don’t worry, I’m just finishing week 5 and 1:30 mins doesn’t seem like a lot now! I felt the same so it definitely does get easier
