I've just completed my second run since finishing the programme and my first ever run in the rain (it was quite pleasant). I ran to a podcast today instead of music and it was a nice change! The only problem is, I added in a slight (very slight) incline to the end of my run and it really got me out of breath. I actually felt like my lungs were going to pop even though I had naturally slowed right down. Would I be better to do any inclines at the start of my run or just keep avoiding them for a bit longer? Thanks in advance
PS any advice on good podcasts to listen to when running?

I've got one more run til I graduate and where I am is super hilly. At first I avoided them and then I couldn't anymore. The difference in breathlessness is crazy, even with just a slight incline! Someone told me, if it gets too much turn around and go back downhill for a bit. I also found (and I'm not sure if this is bad for posture) but I stare at the floor, and don't look up. Helped a lot! Also, hearing myself breathe puts me off, I like to have loud music (as strange as it sounds)!
