Went out this morning for week 9 run 2 and had to stop running after 18 minutes. Not sure why I'd stopped before I'd thought about it and couldn't bring myself to continue. Think I psyched myself out about an upcoming incline. Boooo was feeling so positive after week 9 run 1 was hard but achievable!
Will try again...I must graduate!!

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
