Morning all, hope you're all keeping well.
Just back from second run of week 9 , toughest yet tbh but I thought I'd share a couple of things that affected me.
It was first run in the rain but that was ok personally, first mistake was I wore a woolly hat which kept all the heat in so took that off half way around. Secondly over dressed top half with thick hoody which was also too much. Lastly my music messed up, my mistake, and I didn't want to stop or try to do it on the move so that seemed to make it longer for me.
So lessons learned for me today , also I'm going to give it two days rest before run 3 and the big , hopefully , finale.
I absolutely never believed I'd be here some nine weeks ago so big thanks to the programme and all you great people out there sharing advice, experience, successes and obstacles. Keep at it and stay safe x
