Have just finished the couch to 5K and am now just repeating week 9 each time. Does anyone have any suggestions where to go from week 9? Is there a similar app with a coach talking you through it from time to time as I found this really helpful with Couch to 5K - would still be good to hear a human voice telling you how many minutes you have left! Any ideas?

The running world is your oyster... use the next few months of consolidation to really think about where you want to go with your running. Common goals are
- achieve 5k if C25K didnt get you there
- improve your 5k times
- extend to 10k and beyond
(see the bridge to 10K forum healthunlocked.com/bridgeto10k and ju-ju- 's 10k plan)
... but there are also Bridge to 10K or 5-10k apps available.
- start going to Parkruns (when they start up again)
During consolidation I recommend the supplementary C25K+ podcasts: Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed. They are all excellent.

But first... consolidate and that means 3x 30mins per week for a month or so. ... and there's a club for that too . Mummycav is your gal
