So tonight I set off, really not feeling, check my pace and I'm going about a 10 minute mile (I usually try and stick to about 14 minute mile) so I tried to slow down a little.
Carry on and realise pace hasn't slowed but it was just a lovely easy run.
Get to a fork in the road and check my time to decide which way to go and I only had 3 minutes left and at 28 minutes I felt like I easily could have carried on.
My other runs this week (week 8) I've managed about 1.9 miles but today I did 2.74!
I also wasn't expecting it because I really didn't feel like it and doubted I'd manage at all 🤷🏼♀️
Does anyone else have days like this?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, it's just odd and I'm sure I'll be disappointed when my pace goes back to normal on my next run 😂
