Iβve just tried out the technique from the Japanese slow jogging video. I think it really helped my posture and although I felt like I was toddling along, I covered the same distance as last time. I felt more comfortable and controlled. A good worry free run and I wish Iβd found the video sooner!

That video was a revelation to me too, I only saw it a couple of weeks ago and it made me feel so much better. I didn't have to keep trying to up my pace, I could just jog slowly along. It certainly helped me to get through week 7 and I've just done week 8 run 1 this morning. Half way through Laura suggested I might change my pace but I just kept on with my nice slow steady jog and got there in the end.

Me too! Feels odd at first but have got used to it now I like it. Can keep going for much longer than I ever thought possible.
Well done for getting this far. ππππͺπͺπͺπππ

I totally agree with youππI felt the same at the end of my run, I thought I can do it again with no problem...
I wished I knew about it when I started C25K last month...
Iβm watching and reading all about, very interesting and energising...
