Been loving this programme. I’ve never run before but by week 7 I surprised myself greatly by enjoying my runs! Then this week, meh. Didn’t want to go. Looked at your inspiring posts- that helped a bit. Looked at the weather for tomorrow (it’s pants) and that helped a bit more. Did some warm up kicky things. Reluctantly set off. And behold! My mojo was back by 5 minutes in.
I am so proud to be able to run 28 minutes because of this App and the lovely Community (that’s you lot) that supports it. Thank you all!
