I think firstly, congrats on working through to week 7! And secondly, if it’s not causing you any discomfort and makes you happy then go with what you usually do. 😀
We are all a little different... I’d advise using what works for you. Technically you probably don’t need much if anything before a run... and on the odd occasion I run in the morning, that breakfast tastes so much better after it!
It's whatever works for you. I usually run first thing on a morning. A quick drink and out the door. On occasions when I have run later I have found I feel sluggish and sickly if I've eaten.too close to the run. If you're comfortable doing what you're doing why change?? Happy running🏃🏃
I usually run before breakfast, yesterday I did week 9 run 1 late afternoon and it was an awful run! Slowest I have ever been! I feel I run better on an empty stomach so I shall go out early again tomorrow before eating to see if I run better! 🏃🏻♀️
