I’m on w7r2 tomorrow
Now I have also eaten a small bowl (20g ) of porridge and and banana before I have ran... I have no worries no stitches no feeling sick
I feel I need some fuel to burn
My hubby saw me the morning and said I should eat before I run (he quite an achiever re running etc)
Do I just carry on as I have been or should I listen to hubby ?
