Heading off for W6R3 shortly, now its stopped chucking it down and the sun may even show its face for a while.
Slight gap between runs this week. I was a bit under the weather after R1 but managed R2 ok a day later than planned.
Have had to delay run three due donating plasma yesterday. After seeing other posts from people who had struggled running the same day as donating asked about what would be be best
I was advised that it would be OK to run today but as it as been a bit of a stop start week I think I will go with how I am feeling rather than having a determination to finish the set run.
If I need to rest after the 10 or even 5 min interval so be it.

Felt quite sluggish until the 5 min mark but then settled into it and felt comfortable for a while.
The 10 minute notification just never seemed to arrive and started struggling, wondering where it was.
I've got to have done another 5mins y noe, surley.!
When it did come at 12.5 mins,(thanks for the heads up c25k, not) , had to stop. Walked for a couple of mins and started to feel ok so stared off again, well I was at the furthest point from where I'd started so would have had to walk the distance back anyway 😁 .
Carried on at a conciously v slow pace and eventually made it to the end, pheww😌.
Now in two minds whether it counts as having completed W6 or not 🤔
Well done for getting out there! 😀 I don’t think I’d have been able to do that after donating the day before. As far as I know, week 7 is all 25min runs anyway, so really it’s your call. 😊👍
