Slower and slower I go...

So I started this week with my best 5k but hurt my shins! So the last two runs I’ve gone slower and slower again to not put too much strain on them. a couple of days off I think 👌🏼😊

A couple of rest days won't hurt. I generally try to build in a week without running every couple of months just for some "deep" recovery and actual rest. It always seems to do me some good and my best times are often just after I return from the break.
