Hi all. My next run is W6R3, my first 25 mins run. However it will have to be 3 days after R2 because of being v busy at the weekend. Could anyone tell me if that’s ok? Or should I repeat R2?

That’s life, it happens to us all and is absolutely fine. I’ve had to take a week off before. No way should you repeat run 2! Just run as normal on the day you’ve planned, it’s all good. 😀👍
