Week 8 started well over two weeks ago, but I injured my knee and have had to be patient. But today I finally completed week 8 ... in the pouring rain, wearing cagoule, hat and gloves ... and keeping a nice, slow, steady pace .., I did it, and I’m so happy, and I’m pain free. Roll on week 9!
