You can do this. Remember what it was like in W1 R1 when 60 seconds almost killed you, now look at you. Starting W5 R2 you are amazing. You got this.
20 minutes... impossible a few weeks ago... and now it’s only a challenge. You did all the hard work to get there and make it just a challenge. You like a challenge, or you’d not be here ready to face that run. You can rise to the challenge... your legs will be ready... heart and lungs will be too... relax before you run, get the mind ready, tell yourself you can do it, and then enjoy the challenge, keep the pace down and just run. You can do it.
I'm also doing Wk 5, run 2 tomorrow and feeling nervous. I so don't want to fail, I'm getting the idea that it is about mental strength as much as anything. No Friday night glass of wine for me tonight
