People probably think that I'm mad or narcissistic, or both, keep posting up the runs I'm doing, I'm not, I keeping a kind of run diary that may help others some how.
Anyway, I went for a solo ride on my bike yesterday, got a little lost on some of the trails around here and ended up doing 7.24 miles.
This morning, up nice and early, onto the treadmill and off I went, brisk walk was happening before I even fired up the app!
I'm not saying my legs were 100%, the route I took yesterday had a couple of long (and not so long) climbs in them but I was determined that it wouldn't affect my run.
Keeping my breathing controlled kept my heart rate down and helped it drop between runs. If you are struggling with your breathing look at Belly breathing, it really works.

All sections completed, I don't care how many times I run this program, I'm grinning after every run, and I mean every run.
Tomorrow may be a total rest day (I may sneak out on the bike in the morning if the weather is nice and do a couple of miles.
