This programme is nothing short of miraculous. I never thought I would be able to run for 20 mins continuously, let alone enjoy it, and yet it’s just happened (I even felt as though I could have kept going)!
This is my first time posting but I’ve visited this forum regularly and found it incredibly useful to hear people’s experiences of the different stages, and for general motivation, so just wanted to say thank you very much everyone.

Well done, I've just completed it too and felt brilliant afterwards! Best thing ever, previously I used a format from a book but the app is so much better.
