Hitting new heights

Just completed week 6 run 2 and I am amazed at how far I've progressed from that struggle of a 1st run some 7 weeks ago, the programme really does work-and I had my reservations.

Looking ahead, this looks like it gets really serious now, longer runs and no breaks but I have faith in the programme so looking forward to my next run and eventually hitting that magic 5k

Well done! I also did that run this morning and I'm amazed at the progress. I'm equal parts excited and intimidated to progress on to the long runs, will keep putting my faith in the programme like you say.
