W7R1 failed to finish

Hi struggled with W7R1 I couldn't finish and feel like I have twisted my knee. I have gone back to W6R1 and have just about completed that; I am still experiencing a lot of pain in my knee. Would it be better to rest it for a few days? Thanks.

I would definitely listen to your body and rest it a few days.

I wouldn’t like to advise on what would help the injury as I’m no expert but I’m sure someone else will help you out there.

Well done for getting to week 7 though, massive achievement! 😀

Thanks for the reply. I'm determined to finish the run so I'll rest for a few days and try again.
