Lovely early morning run

Well I was awake at 5-20 so I thought I would get up and go for an early morning run in the cool of the day. What a beautiful morning. Didn’t see another soul till I turned into my close. Definitely the best time to run. I had forgotten how great it was. Happy running 🏃‍♀️.

I love peaceful, early runs that set you up for the day. Something magical about the light and the air quality. Only thing is I also love my bed and very rarely get to bed early enough to be out the door that early🙄. Maybe I should put it in my calendar, plan it in 😊

I’ve had done to be organised during lockdown and have been running 3x per week on set days otherwise I don’t think I would have stuck at it. I knew I would need to be up early as it was going to be a hot day so when I woke early I just went for it. It was beautiful definitely recommend it. Going to be raining tomorrow morning so will just get out about 8 ish. Stay safe and happy running 🏃‍♀️
