I am at present stopped running as it was killing my knees. I have just started biking again after getting my bike back. I have just got a new seat, so comfy and springiness. So am getting fit this way instead. Every now and then am walking for a few miles every 3 days. I did enjoy couch to 5k but my knees just hurt so much and I am finding this is better for me.
