Once I realised I was nowhere near 5k on week 8 I felt despondent. However being the stubborn person I am I decided to make week 9, run 3 a 5k which I ran in 38 minutes. Not bad for a 44 yr old who got out of breath running up a flight of stairs.
Amazing program - thank you
