I don't think I've ever seen so many "Week 5 Run 3 / W5R3 complete!" posts in one day.

Well done to you all!

Celebrate your success, but don't get too carried away. W6R1 has tripped up many a happy W5R3-camper, so beware.

ONWARDS!

Yes John, it's been quite a record two days for runners completing both week 5 and 6 of C25K and I have also seen a record amount of runner's complete and graduate as well, I think that may be due to the present lockdown situation, I hope the administrators are not fed up with me on directing graduates of run 3 of week 9 to get their graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to their username.

How could they be fed up that? ;-)
