Hi everyone, this is my first post & just about to go out for W2 R3 . Each week seems to be quite a step up me I feel I should be doing more but know I need to rest? Does anyone know any great YouTube channels that they can recommend for their in between days? Thanks, in advance. Ps. All of your posts are so inspiring!

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

You will find links in the guide to the Strength and Flex programme, which is ideal to do alongside C25k.

Yoga with Adrienne is good, highly recommended.

I use resistance bands with HASfit.

The Running Channel is always reliable.

Keep fit with Joe Wicks? Never tried it but it's very popular.

Just going for a good walk will help. Good luck 👍
