Well done only one week for you that’s amazing! I would say my joints after seem to be feeling better but I’m still the hot sweaty mess after 🤣 however last week I ran 30mins with cool down walk each side this week I’ve upped the game and run 3 x 5k with cool down each side (not recorded on Strava) so I guess that would be more tough. Plus it’s a tad warmer this week.
