Motivation for Week 3
Think of the reason why you started running. To live a healthier life? Weight loss? Trying to find a new skill?
Think of that every time you think that you can’t do it or you are too tired.
If you work long hours try and do it in the morning if you can, helps set up the day a lot better so you can have the evening to yourself!
There’s only so much motivation advice someone can give though, sometimes you have to find your own.
The motivation for me as someone who’s just finished week 3 and starting week 4 tomorrow, I almost think - I’m nearly half way through the journey of C25K, so why stop now? The feeling once you’ve done that 3 minutes in week 3, is absolutely amazing too, you feel like you can conquer anything!
Good luck on your journey. I believe you can do it!
