I am following the C25K condensed version ap where all my running is indoors.

I Jog on the spot for the running element and walk high-knees to keep my HR up. I complete week 4 tomorrow.

Having a triple bypass and being on betablockers makes it extremely important to follow the warm-up routine, which I extend by 10 mins.

Anyone else doing similar?

Congrats on getting to week 4! I started today, but outside. Knowing me, once the cold, miserable weather kicks in I'll also be doing what you're doing now, and running inside. Keep going! 💪🏼😊
