Blister

My daughter has got a large blister on the bottom of her foot. Same running shoes but last run gave her a nasty blister. Any ideas on how to make it better and stop it happening again.

Is the shoe moving on her foot? There are different lacing techniques that can help depending on where there’s too much room.

What socks is she wearing? You’d be amazed at how much difference a running sock can make... though they do drive me batty on washday as they have a left and right (and I own 10 pairs that are identical 🤣)
