Yep just download the Couch to 5k app to your phone, choose a trainer and off you go! Your trainer will tell you when to start, walk, run and cool down; cheering you on along the way!

.... you can use the app, or you can just download the good old fashioned podcasts with Laura as the original NHS C25K coach. That's what I have used (currently week 9 run 1).
