Hi, I'm a new member and I have just completed week 9 and I really enjoyed the series but I'm looking for the next step. Has anyone ever tried the Guardian guide to running podcasts? Any other recommendations? theguardian.com/lifeandstyl...

Thanks IndieWaif I hadn't spotted them before
I've enjoyed the Guardian Running blog especially the series on Brief Workout for Runners which I enjoyed more than the Strength & Flex series on here

Thanks for posting that IndieWaif- I'd not seen those either and will give them a go. Nice to have a variety of things to listen to

I think they were in the 'running' for my chosen fitness/couch to 5 plan, do we think they may be useful for post 9 week runners?

Not sure birdistheword - I got as far as week 9 run two then due to illness, vacation and work commitments I had to take a break from running and go back a few weeks. Hoping to make it to post week 9 this time!
