Hi all! Here I am in Washington DC, teleworking my way through the pandemic, and very glad I splurged on a home treadmill when I moved here last year. Some days I go 50 minutes, some days only 20. Still enjoying it very much!
Does anyone else routinely slam their knuckles into the treadmill frame while running, or am I the most uncoordinated human on the planet? Any tips for avoiding that? I have the bruised and swollen knuckles of a street fighter, and it hurts! I bought myself a pair of padded knuckle guards from a boxing website, and they help, but surely there's a better way.

Maybe that is the reason that a lot of people on this forum call a treadmill a DREADmill, sorry about all those injuries to your knuckles, the only time I have been on a treadmill was when I was getting a gait analysis for running shoes, I quite liked running on that treadmill, I suppose it's just a case of being careful when on it, try from now on not to have any more accidents.
