This is Holly, my neighbour's dog, I take her a 30 minute walk every day at 2 o'clock even like today when I ran a 10K earlier, Holly is quite a strong dog and as my neighbour has a slight heart problem he doesn't mind me taking Holly walkies.

The 10K went very well indeed this morning GTFC, I started at 8.05 to avoid the heat, I saw two other runners, one was running in the opposite direction wearing a 10K T shirt, the other runner passed me running at around 58 minutes 10K pace, as he overtook me he said, "you are doing well, keep going" it's so nice that quicker runners say nice things to the likings of me not running as fast. 😊 🏃🏾
I don't mind taking Holly out for a walk even on the same day as I ran a 10K in the morning.
That's so very kind of you AlMorr. I have three dogs that I walk early morning. They need the exercise as much as humans do. I'm sure Holly looks forward to 2 o'clock and can even sense your footsteps as you near her home.
