Well that was terrible, only managed 15min run, what's happening? My legs had no energy n I was knackered.
I always run in the morning ,have a slice wholemeal toast with some peanut butter about hr before ,wondered if I should eat more or something different.

A lot of others say about making sure you drink enough water the day before can you try that?
I’ve seen a lot of people find week 7 run 2 really tough, and I also struggled with it a lot. At this stage we’ve now done three long runs in a row for the first time in the programme and possibly we’re starting to get a bit tired. I wonder if this is the point where we need to pay more attention to what/when we eat and drink and how we manage our rest days.
