Just got back from completing run 1 of wk 5, surprised myself but pleased. Although I ve just had a sneak peek of the other runs this wk and hope I have read it wrong 20min run!
Have always suffered with a dodgy back which over the last few wks is really beginning to give me some jip, have anti inflammatory tablets from the DR which I take twice a day. I was very close to not running today but I ve got this far and dont want to give up. Any suggestions on how to continue and manage the pain please.

Runners need good core strength, so planks, bridges etc. are great and highly recommended. Pop over to the Strength and Flex forum, which is run by runners, and ask for some advice.
