First,( & important so you are protected from possible injury) is consolidation of being able to run 30mins 3x a week. This forum has a consolidation support thread.
After that it’s your choice. It is good to create your own structure & use what you enjoy. Many people make Parkrun one of their weekly runs. Lots of people join Bridge to 10k & use JuJu’s Magic 10 plan, ( I have just started that.) There are 3 C25K+ podcasts to try. I have seen posts about Nike Run Club which gives guided runs of different lengths. (I remember people being enthusiastic about Coach Bennett) - but I have no experience of this yet. 😄
I have always saved information from the forum that I might want to use later...then when there is a choice to be made I have lots of options to peruse. 😄 Enjoy W5.😄
We are all different and want different things from our running, so the routes forward are as varied as the individuals.
Some people maintain their three 30 minute runs......or not.....others want to increase duration......some go on to half marathons, marathons and ultras.
Some just run for fun.
Whatever you decide to do it is best to follow some kind of structured plan to get you there.
When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.
If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
Thanks! I will have a gander at the place you said. Im not planning on any marathons but would like to keep up with some running not doing all this good work to waste it but like youy i need somekiof structured plan to help. Thanks for the reply.
