Just about to go out for wk8 run2. I am now running a whole 28mins which I can’t quite believe myself. After every run the feeling I get is amazing.

I only have 5 runs to do, then I will have completed the course. So to stay motivated I am going to set myself little targets each week to achieve.

Found it a bit hard today for some reason, and was a lot slower than normal, but I finished it, so that’s good enough for me 🙌
