Welcome. What sort of apps are you after? Strava or MapMyRun are great for recording your progress. Spotify has added immensely to my running experience, but you might like podcasts or BBC sounds.

Hello Perik - if you have bought any cds from Amazon in the last couple of years, have a look at the Amazon Music app -(the free version) - they should be in there and you can play them without ads. Set that going before the C25k app. Good luck with your running journey - I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
Hi! I’ve found that listening to podcasts really helps to distract me, where music didn’t. And I’ve used Map my Run to keep a log of all my runs as I find seeing them recorded spurs me on. Good luck
Just go out and do it. 3 times a week. Don’t worry about who’s watching or what you look like. Plan a little starter route put the music on and disappear with the coach for 30 minutes...
