So I’m currently trying to think of what to do now I have graduated! I would like to get a little quicker and more comfortable with running for a few weeks before moving onto a 10k training plan. My thoughts are:
2 Runs a Week:
Run 1k. Walk 1k. Run 1k. Walk 1k. Run 1k
1 Run a Week:
Non stop 5k
I’m hoping with the run intervals it will help me run at a faster pace? And the 3rd run might be a little easier as I can go at a slightly faster pace.
What are people’s thoughts on this? I’m just thinking 3 runs of non stop running is hard work 🤣 so intervals may help? 🤷♀️

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, after several 30 minute consolidation runs you could do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that if you want to run a 10K you can do Ju Ju's Magic 10, a bit like C25K, Google Ju Ju's Magic 10, you will then see a plan for getting to 10K.
Yay well done for completing I saw your app paused on your first attempt! Was gutted for you, but well done for going again! There is a app called 10K which looks really good. If you have done couch to 5k you can start on week 10 I think it is and you then basically carry on building it up!
Me too. I guess you could re do some of the last runs so your coach is still talking to you then move onto the 10K app. I imagine it will be similar with someone telling you how much longer you have left etc ☺️ Good luck!!
