Thanks to advice on here, I adjusted to have a smaller stride and sailed through today’s jaunt on a cold but sunny morning. Feeling happy. Now need to work on strengthening on and stretching inbetween.

Great work there... good to hear that you sailed through it. Adjusting the stride can feel a bit strange at first, but sounds like you’ve found your happy pace/stride combination... enjoy closing out the first week next time out. Have you seen Strength and Flex? Great place to start your cross training and the forum here has a growing number of other ideas.

Yes I have seen that briefly. Also just looking at stacks of content on you tube. I’ll figure out what fits in and crack on. Thanks for support.
