App definitely glitches

Hi,

I just wanted anyone on week 8 to know- the app definitely stops by itself on run 1 and 2, I have tried it a couple of times. Between the warm and the run- it simply stops by itself. Make sure to have a timer/run tracker open as well in case it happens to you too, ! I have an Iphone XR

Hi. I dont have an iphone but so far I only got the app to freeze once on android: when the alarm clock got to the top priority due to its power settings and interrupted or force-stopped the rest of the processes. I'd suggest you check the background processes settings when the screen on your phone is turned off (I assume it goes into a deep-sleep-power-saving-mode, hence cuts the power to active processes). No idea what setting would that be on ios and where, so you'd better google that. Hope it helps.
