Keep going! I just got up and decided to go first thing so I heeded the advice given - upped my water intake and stretched properly before I repeated my week 3 run 2. I felt better - not too warm - really pleasant to be outside. My legs worked and my breathing was under control- in fact I could say I actually enjoyed my run 🏃🏼‍♀️😅! Thanks for all the positive vibes- it’s a great feeling when you get back and check the tracker - yes I really managed it !
