Yesterday I followed the NHS warm up exercises for the first time before my run (is it just me, or are they a well kept secret?!), and what a difference! I've been doing the after-run stretches, but just the 5 minute warm up walk before I start, and usually I have tender calves and a niggly knee after my runs, but today - nothing! My legs feel as good as new 😁. Shame it took me until W6R3 to find out about them 🙄!!

Well done.
They are recommended in the guide to the plan which we direct everybody to by every means available to us..........but we only recommend, rather than tell people they should do them, so it is up to the individual to make their own decisions.

Thank you. I'll look this up as I've also been downloading the podcasts but haven't seen the warm ups!
Yes, I just downloaded the app and got started - completely missed all of the advice pages 🤔😅
