Now that has your attention!!!

So my running shoes I’ve had from day 1 are comfy, socks are nice and shorts don’t fall down!

So my concern is sore nipples! That’s right it has to be said! What’s a good top to wear when running or how to prevent it? I wear cotton t shirts at the moment.

G’Day Bear,

Can’t say I’ve had the issue since I was a teen but I wear Nike DriFit shirts, they’re really light and comfortable, I think a bunch of brands make similar stuff, maybe go to a sports store and ask about running clothes but leave your nipples out of it maybe...

My OH uses Bodyglide, anti chafing stick, it works.......it’s not cheap, but is the thing that works for him having tried other remedies, different materials, plasters etc., etc.,

No more screaming in the shower or looking like he’s been shot....😱

Vaseline! It’s what they offer to marathon runners.

Don't wear cotton!

It may be natural but does not wick away moisture and is far more likely to cause chafing.

Have you ever wondered why runners wear lycra?

Bodyglide and vaseline, as mentioned, but well fitting wicking tops are far less likely to create excruciating nipples.

As others have mentioned: bodyglide, non-cotton tops, wear a jacket (if it is cold and you are (ahem) “perky”).
