Weight gain

I’m sure this has been asked a million times but anyone else gaining weight?

I’m not doing this for weight loss - I’m doing it to challenge myself to a fitter healthier lifestyle but did not imagine weight gain

Any ideas?

You are probably gaining muscle - that weighs more than fat...keep at it...the extra muscle will burn calories faster, so you will start losing fat weight soon enough - whether that is why you.are doing it or not.

I’m on wk 5 run 3 today - buzzing - might not be after a 20min run but hey ho 😉

Oh. I completed week 5, run 2 today and it was much easier than I remembered it the last time around (3 years ago!)

I’m afraid I am gaining width, rather than weight! I had hoped to slim down a little but my tum is reminding me of all the sneaky snacks I’ve been nibbling 😂
