Hey all!! I completed Run 2 of Week 6 (Two 10 min interval run) on Monday and struggled even though I ran for a full 20 mins in week 5 and found that easier. About to do my first 25 minute run - W6 R3. Any tips please?

Do as you did for the 20 min run last week. You'll be fine.
Well done on your progress so far. Reaching week 6 is a real achievement.
The two interval runs of week 6 catch many people out after the success of the continuous 20 mins of W5r3, leaving them to question if the 25 min run is doable.
My suggestion is to continue to trust the plan and do the w6r3 run with a ‘can do’ attitude.
You can do it!
Hello Lozmoz, just start off real slow and tell yourself ‘I can do this’ ....you definitely can if you’ve got this far 😀 It is strange how we somehow expect a mere 10 mins run to be easier after we’ve run further but those first 10 minutes can still feel hard even after months of running. It certainly doesn’t mean we can’t run further. 🤗

W6R1 & R2 caught me out too. It’s almost as if the break is actually disruptive. I’m on W7R3 and have found the continuous runs far easier than the stop start of W6. You’ll be fine I’m sure. I’ve found the two W7 runs quite easy so far.
Good luck although I doubt you’ll need it.
