Well did it last night and was amazed how much I've improved in such a short amount of time. Still completely follow all the advice not going too fast even though, to be honest, the first 2 runs felt reasonably easy dare I say it (I did make sure my route for those was on a slight decline to help deal with the fear lol), but kept the pace steady and felt quite ok throughout. The final run as I expected was the most taxing but again it was ok and I didn't struggle to finish, which I think is down to not getting over confident in the earlier runs, in fact I gave a little sprint on the last 20 seconds .

Morning Poca, you’re enjoying it and that’s great, as long as you take your rest days and feel good go for it. It is amazing how quickly the body adjusts and what it can do if we just get out there. Slow and steady definitely leaves something in the tank to enjoy that end of run burst. 🤗
