Running can exacerbate existing conditions or highlight physical weaknesses.
Runners need good core strength so a course of strengthening exercises may well help.

Are you running hunched over. You need to run like you have a piece of string at the top of head pulling up straight. You may also be walking with a lot of tension. Try to relax as you run/jog. Good luck, you got this.
Before I started C25K I had so many stop start gym occasions and when I tried to run I would experience some back or rib pain which I think put me off. Im definitely no expert but the advice on here is right I was told 3 things make sure I have the appropriate trainers to absorb impact, make sure I hold myself right when I ran and try working on my core strength...I'm the heaviest I've ever been but before I started this programme I did those 3 things make sure my trainers are right for me (and my ones will win me no fashion prize) asked my daughter to watch me run then tell me if I'm looking like I'm a sack of potatoes rolling down the road (I was conscious of my footing as I ran making sure to land my foot flat) also introduced a little workout into my days nothing huge just a 7 min thing but it works on core strength even just planking for 30 sec to 1min a day has really helped me. Like I said I'm no expert and the biggest I've ever been but I am able to run now. I know everyone is different and it may work may not but make sure one thing....it won't make you quit! Keep going 👍🏃♂️
