The exercise section of my Fitbit app is playing up. Every time I try to open it the app closes. I can get from the dashboard to all other areas and it is still synching with my watch and recording my exercise though I can't see any detail.
So I am just running at the moment without worrying about pace or distance. My objective when I started C25K was to run for 30 mins 3 times a week. I am doing this but one of those runs can be anything up to 60 minutes. I am content with that just now.
Today's run was a 30 minute one, the route was up the long incline. I keep telling myself that hills are my friends.
