No exercise allowed yet 😔

Still no exercising outside allowed yet in the Canary Islands Spain 🇪🇸 but hopefully this will change on the 2nd May. Meanwhile continuing with my yoga and out to the shop to buy essentials so a short walk was had!! Checking in with you guys so I don’t chicken out from starting this program when I’m eventually allowed out! 😂

Nice that you got outside to buy essentials today, I have looked at some beach webcams from the Canary Islands, despite the sunshine the only things I could see were a few birds flying around, not one person because of the lockdown.
